Portugal is getting off the couch. FOX Media premières season 2 of "ABC do Running by Seat".
Running has more and more fans each day, but not all of them know how to start or the tricks to make the most of this experience. So, FOX Media partners once again with Seat and José Guimarães, blogger behind "De sedentário a maratonista" to bring to FOX all a runner must know.
This second season has six one minute episodes and six 15 second agendas containing the races taking place during the week.
This season's topics include runners' eating habits, how to run the first 10km or how to prepare for the biggest challenge: the marathon.
Both episodes and agendas are aired on FOX and can be watched on Youtube as well.
